The night of the Pitbull attack, a young man died and the dog's owner was seriously injured, the street was empty, only a few shops were open for sale. A person near Moc So Road (adjacent to National Highway 1) said that H. rarely leaves the house at noon or afternoon, but waits for about 21 o'clock onwards to take the Pitbull dog out of the house. On the night of May 20, around 10 p.m., H. walked his dog across to the direction of Hoa Binh Industrial Park with a rather hurried appearance. Early the next morning, local people heard that H.'s Pitbull dog bit him to death and H. was also seriously injured.

A young man next to the tragic incident said that because it was late at night, the house was closed, turned off the lights, and went to sleep. When I heard many screams for help and ran out, I witnessed a horrifying scene. Two victims were bitten by Pitbull dogs with blood on their heads and bodies in an unconscious state. When the car was called to take them to the emergency room, but one person did not survive, the other victim was breathing heavily but was saved.
